Malleable Iron Tube

Dual Certified Tubes EN10255 & 10217-1

Certified for HVAC and Mechanical & Fire Protection industries within the UK.

**All tubes can be supplied with MTC (Mill Test Certificates), certifying that the tubes comply with the relevant standard.**

Tubes Available in:

  • Threaded and Plain Ended
  • Medium and Heavy Weight
  • Red & Galvanised finishes

Technical Specification:

  • Leak tightness test
  • Online NDT machines
  • Hydro static pressure testing to 50 bar.

Chemical Testing:

  • Complete chemical laboratory at the mill
  • Elco Meters
  • Hydrometers

Galvanising:

  • Hot dipped galvanising/ zinc coating to EN10240 quality A.1
  • Quality checked hourly with Elco meters to ensure a 55-70 micron thickness across tube length

Material:

  • Fully killed steel
  • Tensile tested
  • Internal weld seam shall not have a height not exceeding 60% of the wall thickness

Cut-Off Time For Orders

We aim to ship all orders for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) subject to stock availability as long as the order is received before 12.00PM. If stock is not available for next day delivery we will contact you as soon as possible after order placement to advise delivery time.

Delivery will be made by a reputable UK national carrier or PIPEKIT vehicle. In the unlikely event that the shipment contains damaged packages or packages are missing,  these must be documented on the driver’s consignment note.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us by e-mail within 3 days of the items being delivered.

Please note that we're unable to send items out by Royal Mail post.
