Cut-Off Time For Orders

We aim to ship all orders for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays), subject to stock availability, provided the order is received before 12.00pm. If stock is unavailable for next-day delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible after the order is placed to advise the expected delivery time.

All delivery rates below are for UK Mainland. For all other areas, please contact us for a delivery charge.

Coiled Pipe, Fittings and Valves Above £500 (Ex VAT) Free
Below £500 (Ex VAT) £10.00 (Ex VAT)
Pipe, Fittings and Valves including pipe lengths up to 6.0M Above £900 (Ex VAT) Free
Below £900 (Ex VAT) £20.00 (Ex VAT)

Delivery will be made by a reputable UK national carrier or PIPEKIT vehicle. In the unlikely event that the shipment contains damaged packages or packages are missing, these must be documented on the driver’s consignment note.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us by email within three days of delivery.

Please note that we’re unable to send items by Royal Mail post.
